Hey girl
"We hope to spark in you a deep love for God's word, a rock solid trust in God's character, and the start of authentic Christ-centered friendships." - Cofounders Robin & Joye
Quiet the noise. Let the Word take root. Be transformed.
"Blessed is the one… whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on His law day and night… That person is like a tree planted by streams of water…” — Psalm 1:1–3
Scripture calls us to meditate on the Word—to slow down, listen, and let it take root in our hearts. Yet for many women, this practice is often crowded out by the busyness of daily life.
Sinking Deep Ministry is a nonprofit dedicated to equipping women with the discipline of biblical meditation and creating simple, Scripture-centered spaces to quiet the mind, remove distractions, and focus on what God is speaking directly to their hearts through His Word.
Biblical meditation is not emptying the mind—it is filling it with Scripture and turning it over slowly. As women make space to truly listen, they are not just reading the Word—they are being transformed by it.
Our hope is that every woman who attends would be transformed by the revelation of Jesus Christ, awakened to the power of the Holy Spirit living within her, and empowered to minister to those in her life.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:2

... There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother
(Proverbs 18:24 b)
Joye (top left) and Robin (top right) met in 2019 at church during a season of loneliness and prayer for true friendship. Robin had grown up atheist and Joye had grown up Christian, yet both had encountered Jesus and were being led into a new season of faith and community. When their paths crossed, they quickly realized their friendship was an answered prayer. From that experience, a shared passion was born for prayer, friendship, and God’s Word. Their heart is to create spaces where women are welcomed, known, and brought into community—so every woman finds a Proverbs 18:24 friend, or becomes one for someone else.

It takes one friend...
"Where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am among them" (Matthew 18:20).
During the isolation of COVID, Robin and Joye felt led to create a safe space for women to gather in Scripture, conversation, and prayer. What began with just the two of them has grown into a ministry reaching multiple states, with weekly gatherings that have touched hundreds of women.
