Sinking Deep Ministry has evolved into the unique structure it has today through the work of the Holy Spirit and trial and error. Our simple structure which focuses on scripture meditation, sharing, and prayer has been so well received by the hundreds of women who have attended our groups over the years that we felt a strong desire to begin writing Bible Study content and creating the tools needed for our structure to be easily replicable for any woman of faith to pick up and confidently host a Bible Study where women of all ages and backgrounds feel welcomed and encouraged in their faith.

Joye (top left) and Robin (top right) met in 2019 and within months a beautiful friendship had blossomed. Robin had grown up atheist and Joye had grown up Christian, yet both paths lead them to a revelation of Jesus Christ, to their local church, and to one day meeting each other. Joye had just relocated and Robin had recently become a Christian and both found themselves in a season of loneliness crying out to God for a true friend. When their paths crossed at church, it wasn't long before they realized their prayers were answered. Because of this experience they are extremely passionate about prayer, friendship, and spending time together in God's word. They understand firsthand what it is like to be the odd man out and their heart for this minstry is to gather women and bring them into the circle. They hope that through this ministry you find a proverbs 18:24 friend, or perhaps you are that friend for someone.

In the dark and lonely recesses of COVID, Sinking Deep Ministries was born. Robin (right) and Joye (left) felt led to create a safe place for women of all ages and demographics to gather and share in soul inspiring conversations and meditations. They were the only two to show up that first day and now, years later, they have expanded into multiple states, each hosting weekly gatherings where hundreds of women have been touched by their ministry. They believe it only takes one friend.
